No logging in. No scrolling through stale listings. We text you when a real office nearby needs someone โ and the pay is right in the message.
Post your open position and we text it straight to hygienists, assistants and front-desk pros who live near your practice. You only hear from the ones who raise their hand.
You don't check ScalerGig. ScalerGig checks in with you.
Your role, your ZIP, how far you'll drive, and what you expect to earn. It takes about a minute on your phone โ no account to babysit.
A real office near you posts an opening, you get a text. Which days, temp or permanent, and the pay range โ all in the message, before you spend a second on it.
That's it. We hand your profile to the office and they contact you directly. Not interested? Ignore it. Nothing happens.
Post once and your opening goes out by text to licensed professionals who actually live near your practice. The ones who are interested raise their hand, and we send them straight to you. You run the interview, you make the hire, you pay us nothing extra.
Every plan texts your job to nearby professionals. The difference is how much of the legwork you want us to do.

Yes. Offices pay to post a job. You never pay anything, ever, and we don't take a cut of your wage.
Only when a job matches what you told us โ your role, your distance, your pay floor. In most areas that's a handful a month, not a daily barrage. Text PAUSE to take a break or STOP to end it.
No. Reply YES and we forward your profile to the office. They contact you directly from there.
Your name, your contact details and the profile you filled out โ so they can reach you. Nothing is shared until you reply YES to that specific job.
No. We're a job board that texts instead of waiting. Offices interview and hire directly, and there's no placement fee or agency markup on anyone's wage.
Reach is what drives results, so we tell you up front how your area looks before you buy. If your posting doesn't get traction, talk to us โ we'd rather fix it than keep your money quietly.

You would need to do two separate postings. Once you do the first one, you'll get login information to your email. When you login to your account you can see your first job. You can click "Post Now" and all details will be copied for your convenience. Just change the job title, wage, notes, and anything else. Make sure you post with the same email.
When you post your first job, an account is automatically created for you. You will get an email sent to you with instructions to access the account. You can set a password from there. If you didn't get an email, check your spam. If it's still not there, you can go to "dental office login" and click "forgot password". It will prompt you to make a new password. If you still have trouble, contact us and we will help you.
We are physically headquartered in the Washington DC metro area (Northern Virginia), but our online presence is nationwide. We do extensive digital marketing to find hygienists and assistants in every state. We have profiles of everyone from new grads to the very experienced in your area; some that want to temp and others that want to find permanent positions; some that are just curious about new opportunities.
We all know this is a competitive market right now. You should set your wage up as high as you're willing to go. There is a lot of competition. List every little benefit (401k, CE courses, uniforms, vacation, bonuses, long appt times, dental benefits, etc.) in the notes. If you can, be flexible on days and hours.
Takes a minute. Costs nothing. Ignore the ones that don't fit.
